At De Blancas, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. To ensure your confidence in our products, we offer a 3-year warranty on all purchases, covering material and manufacturing defects under normal use. Please review the details of our warranty policy below.

Warranty Coverage

  • The 3-year warranty applies to all De Blancas jewelry from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship, including:

    • Loose or missing pearl due to manufacturing issues.

    • Faulty clasps, settings, or structural defects.

    • Discoloration or material degradation unrelated to improper care.

  • If your chain is broken, we will replace it with a new one. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the chain is not tangled.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or tarnishing over time.

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or extreme conditions.

  • Chains that break due to tangling or improper storage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide Proof – Attach clear photos of the damaged item and proof of purchase.

  3. Return the Item – If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.

  4. Repair or Replacement – Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either repair or replace your item free of charge.

Additional Terms

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for warranty service. We will cover return shipping costs for approved repairs or replacements.

  • If the item cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, we may offer a comparable item of equal value.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
